    Joe is the founder of St Croix Roofing. He is responsible for creating, communicating, and implementing our vision, mission, and overall direction. With almost 30 years of construction experience, Joe has tremendous insight into what homeowners need when they need a new roof!


  • Finance

    Erin works behind the scenes managing the St. Croix Roofing's finances. She handles other administrative responsibilities as they come up! Erin and Joe have 2 children. She enjoys being outdoors, camping, hunting, and spending time with her family.


  • Sales

    Zac specializes in working with homeowners to understand project scope and goals and provide a project estimate. His construction background provides the necessary insight to address potential needs. He loves working with homeowners on their exterior selections to see it all come together! In his free time, Zac enjoys fishing, hunting, and cruising on his motorcycle.

  • Administration

    Missy supports the St Croix Roofing team by communicating with clients, scheduling, and database and website management. In her spare time, you can find Missy hiking or motorcycling.


  • Production

    Ronnie is the overall project leader. He brings a unique understanding of a homeowner’s priorities for the project and the responsibilities of the construction crew. Ronnie is on-site with homeowners during the build to help execute their needs, wants, and constraints and find quality solutions should problems arise.
